Ladies Club Christmas Dinner – Tuesday 4th December 2018 at 7:15 p.m.

STARTERS

  • Trio of Melon marinated in mulled wine
  • Cream of Chestnut and Celeriac Soup
  • Warm Salad of Baby Potato, Black Pudding and Apple served with Beetroot and Ginger Relish
  • Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Roulade

MAIN COURSE

  • Roast Stuffed Turkey and Ham with Cranberry Sauce
  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Red Wine Jus
  • Oven baked Hake with a Champagne and Shellfish Bisque

DESSERT

  • Sherry Trifle Chantilly
  • Chocolate and Amaretti Mousse
  • Orange, Pomegranate and Cognac Pavlova
  • Mince Pies and Whiskey Cream
  • Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce

                2 Course – 20 Euro*

* 2 Course can be Starter & Main Course with Tea/Coffee

If you intend coming to the Christmas Dinner please put your name on the sheet in the Ladies Locker Room and indicate your choice of either 3 course or 2 course. This is necessary in order for the kitchen to know expected attendance and to plan accordingly.
