MESSAGE FROM LADY PRESIDENT MARIE BYRON

I wish to thank most sincerely all the wonderful lady members who supported me so enthusiastically on my Lady President Day on Sunday 27th August 2017. I would like to thank all the ladies who played in the 18 hole competition, the 9 hole competition and who attended the dinner and presentation of prizes on the night. The buzz of excitement around the club during the day and night was electrifying.  This added to my huge enjoyment of the day. It is an experience I will treasure always.

I would also like to thank everyone  for the lovely messages, cards and gifts I received on the day. They are much appreciated.

My thanks is also extended to the junior boys and girls who played on Sunday and to the large number of our male members who played in the 9 hole competition. We were blessed with a fine day and all enjoyed it immensely.

I would also like to thank our Lady Captain  Mary Foy and the Ladies Committee who helped me so much in the preparations for the day and on the day itself.

To all I say “THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES”.

Marie.
